Kindiki & Sakaja Prisons Inc?

When a man’s face is soaked with tears
We don’t get anti-tears
We give him our ears
When a man’s skin is soaked with yellow
We don’t get a scrubbing brush
For jaundice is not a disease
The liver screaming with unease
If we choose the brush
The liver will not live
And for it we will leave

The streets are crying
Men crying before dying
Crying with knives and guns
Cries of idle hands
Cries of abled hands
Cries of billion tears
These are unemployment tears
These are depressed fears
These are shameful tears
The pain of wasted years
Wasted in painful colleges
Of promises undelivered

We minted men in millions
Emphasized that the future is bright
If only they finish college
On graduation day darkness was clear
Engineers without factories
Makers without materials
Potters without clay
Farmers without land
Scientists without labs
Teachers without schools
Accountants without books
Holders of hopeless papers
Death by importation
Of what they ought to make

The crime is not for Christmas
We kept peace with a shameful slasher
The impotence of a powerful nation
By a Commander in Chief
Impotent by importation
The bullet and prison is tempting
It’s visible and immediate
Accolades of blood and pain
Deception of an achievement
But these are anti-tears
If we don’t treat the liver
We too shall not live
The death of a powerful nation

There are investors ready with a vest
Vested interest in peace by prisons
To imprison their major competitors
The idle men who can make
Make what they now import
In Fast Moving Consumer Goods
They’ll first donate the bullet
To fell your sons and daughters
To quite the mob for a conniving solution
To build state of the art prison system
To permanently shut our womb
In each Hustler’s Five Fingers
Killers of dreams, hope and dignity

Kindiki is not a man of cheap praise
Sakaja is not a man of volatile solutions
Kindiki is not a doctor of symptoms
Sakaja is not treater of tears
They will treat the liver with factories
They will make busy the idle hands
To make our Fast Moving Consumer Goods
They will serve peace with noise
Not of gunshots but factories
They will silence the streets at once
Not with bullets but factories

The chance of a lifetime
To bifurcate towards true justice
Served in factories not courts
Justice in production not prisons
To stop a powerful flood
To stop mighty shedding of blood
Destabilization by economical war
To cure not symptomatology
To heal an impotent nation
Shameful impotence in youthful years.
